STORE RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our goal. Merchandise in original condition purchased at Ted’s Clothiers or ordered online from tedsclothiers.com may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We will not take back items that have been worn, laundered, or altered. Prices may change and no price adjustments will be given on previously purchased items or on the exchange of like items. Returns will be issued in the form of original payment. If no receipt is available, returns will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. All sales are final on clearance items marked 50% or more below the original price.

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns on online purchases within 10 days of purchase. You can return your order by whatever method is easiest for you (UPS, US mail, etc). Please include your order number to identify your order and expedite the return/exchange process. Also include any information regarding an exchange (size, color, etc). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item was damaged or sent in error. Refunds will be in the method of payment used to purchase your order and issued upon receipt of the merchandise. Shoes and boots must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box and mailed inside a shipping box.
